Experience





I Love Scout
When I was in Senior High School, I was active in scouting activities. Scouting has been my hobby since I was in elementary School until now. I missed scouting very much. There were so many things that I learned from scouting, many stories were not forgotten. One of them was about my experience while camping during semester break. Usually, every end of the year until the new year we have an activity called “Kemah Wisata” or Tourist Camp. It was usually held for four days. The camping was held at the tomb R.A. Kartini, Rembang, Central of Java. We were members of the executive committee. I was assigned at P3K section as well as I helped in the consumption section. So, most of my activities were associated with cooking.
On the first day, we were busy setting up the camp, and some were busy preparing dinner. At night after dinner activities began. In this camp there were no heavy activities, that was why it was called Tourist Camp. The activities were usually fun and enjoyable.
On the second day, I started helping in the kitchen tent. I helped slicing and cutting food, fried side dish, but more frequently I washed dishes and tools used for cooking. I was so tired because I should do it three times a day. After preparing breakfast, I cooked for lunch, and then cooked for dinner. We cooked without any rest. All the committee members’ energy were completely drained to prepare fun activities for younger scouts. We always tried to set aside our own interests. In the evening, there was a heavy rain, until all the tents could not be use except the kitchen tent. All evacuated in the hall. We used the hall for the beds and to keep our things. Tent only served as a display. It rained for three days the whole day. Many activities were not done, until in the end, the committee planned to anticipate rain. And as a member of the P3K section, I was very tired of having to take care of younger brothers and sisters who were sick. Luckily, my friend helped me. To make it worse, there were committee members who also got sick. Every day activities took place accompanied by rain.
In the evening, we did a brief meeting with the elder generation above us. We performed evaluation but the elder generation above us criticized us. They said that our committee worked less than the maximum. We did not work as a compact team and did not work according to the plan. The committee leader was blamed by them. The evaluation was getting hot for more nights until one committee member got sick. So I was forced to leave the place to take care of him. The meeting was finished at 1 o’ clock a.m. And there was one brother who came up to me and he asked me, “Could you make some food for your brothers, please? They have not had dinner.” Then, we both headed the kitchen tent while was far from the hall. I was confused because there were no clean cooking pans. Finally, he cooked noodles and I helped him to prepare the pans. Then he said, "It seems you have never been to the kitchen before, you must learn!" I was ashamed of what he said to me. I always remember those words until now.
On the third day, the committee improved their work. They prepared for the New Year’s event. We had a bonfire ceremony, blow horns together and watched the bonfire together. It was very merry.
On the last day, in the morning, there were still exciting activities. At ten o'clock we were busy packing and cleaning. Each of us had a particular task. I cleaned up the vast hall. I was so sad when the tents torn down. I was sad when the closing ceremony took place. Then, I arrived at home at four o'clock p.m. I was happy because I had taken a rest but the situation and sound in the camp was still ringing in my ears. Two days later, I was sick with typhus. May be because I ate late, I was too tired, I lacked of sleep, and because of the bad weather.
My parents were angry and prohibited me to follow scouting activities again but I still followed and I was so happy with my experience in scouting. I will love it forever.

·         Tahap pertama: sejak bayi lahir sampai berusia dua tahun dia masih diklasifikasikan tahap pertama.
Contoh:
§  Bayi hanya akan menangis ketika apa yang dia inginkan tidak dituruti, dia belum bisa berpikir alasannya mengapa yang dia inginkan tidak dituruti.
§  Sang anak menirukan cara makan ayahnya, baik dari cara memegang sendok, cara mengunyah dan gerak tubuh lainnya.
·         Tahap kedua: ketika anak berusia dua sampai tujuh tahun, dia mulai melukiskan dunia dengan kata-kata dan gambar-gambar. Juga mulai muncul pemikiran egosentrisme, animisme, intuitif , dan mulai berimajinasi yang tidak sesuai logika.
Contoh:
o   Animisme, seperti seorang anak mengatakan, “pohon itu kok bisa bergoyang-goyang mendorong daunnya sehingga daunnya jatuh.”
o   Saat anak disuruh menggambar oleh guru mereka, dia akan mulai menggambarkan apa yang ada dalam imajinasinya.
o   Seorang anak berimajinasi menjadi putri yang cantik, berambut panjang, memakai gaun indah dan sepatu kaca seperti Cinderella yang ada dalam dongeng.
·         Tahap ketiga: berlangsung dari usia tujuh hingga sebelas tahun, merupakan tahap ketiga piaget. Pada tahap ini anak dapat melakukan penalaran logis.
Contoh:
o   Anak bisa membedakan ukuran besar kecilnya benda dan sudah bisa mengurutkan ukurannya baik dari yang terkecil hingga terbesar ataupun sebaliknya.
·         Tahap keempat: ketika anak berusia sebelas tahun hingga dewasa, merupakan tahap keempat dan terakhir dari piaget. Pada tahap ini, individu sudah memiliki kemampuan untuk berpikir secara abstrak, menalar secara logis, dan menarik kesimpulan dari informasi yang tersedia.
Contoh:
o   Ketika ada buah jatuh dari atas pohon seorang anak sudah bisa berpikir kalau buah tersebut jatuh ke bawah karena adanya gaya gravitasi bumi, bahkan dia sudah bisa menelitinya secara ilmiah.
o   Ketika hujan turun individu dalam tahap ini sudah bisa mengklasifikasikan ke dalam jenis hujan tertentu sesuai ilmu geografi bab hidrologi dan dia juga sudah bisa mengerti bagaimana proses terjadinya hujan, dia sudah tidak berpikir bahwa hujan itu turun karena langit menangis.

Kesimpulan Teori Piaget
1.        Teori Piaget mengenai perkembangan kognitif mendefinisikan kembali intelegensi, pengetahuan, dan hubungan dengan lingkungannya.
2.        Perkembangan kognitif mempunyai empat aspek yaitu kematangan, pengalaman, interaksi social, dan ekuilibrasi.
3.        Menurut Piaget, setiap organisme hidup cenderung untuk melakukan adaptasi dan organisasi. Dalam proses adaptasi dan organisasi terdapat empat konsep dasar yaitu skema, asimilasi, akomodasi, dan ekuilibrasi.
4.        Skema adalah struktur kognitif yang digunakan organisme untuk mengadaptasi diri terhadap lingkungannya dan menata lingkungan itu secara intelektual.
5.        Asimilasi adalah proses yang digunakan seseorang untuk mengintegrasikan bahan persepsi baru atau stimulus baru ke dalam skemata atau pola perilaku yang sudah ada.

Connection of Team Work in School and in Work Environment

Team work is a group of working people together to achieve a goal. Team work is more emphasis on cooperation in achieving goals with the role and duties of each member of each group. In team work each member of the group needs compactness and togetherness. Now in the learning process is beginning to apply the method of team work in the classroom. Learning team work is done by simulations and games that emphasize the importance of working together in learning and every activity. As well in work environment, team work  in work environment is very essential in achieving the mission with the vision and common purpose between workers. So, team work in school can build the character of students to prepare in the future work environment.
Games in the classroom is a good way of introducing students to team work and to help them practice their abilities, either team games or individual games that require them to interact with each other. Games are a great engaging way for students to practice communication and team work. Team work with games, students will be fun and not boring. Students will be more independent, creative, and compact. Students also can increase communication with the other students. For example;
1.      Learn with snake ladder, such as when stopping at one of columns, students are given some questions or asked to memorize contained in that column.
2.      Learn with a puzzle, such as when study about tenses, students asked to arrange or make sentences according to the formula, or the other. Depend the material will be learned.
From on the example can play in group. So, the students can solve with their friends and discuss together.
Learning with the team work method in class can simulate and enhance students creativity and skill in communicating. In work environment the most important skills to do work is the ability to communicate effectively. This is includes talking wise, wise and open with an open mind and active listening. Team work skills or other characteristics that correlate with the achievement of this group include a commitment to the team, make decisions with  justice and disciplined thinking, ingenuity and hard, to support other team members have the ability to get a bravery, humble and down to field and most importantly, are involved.  Then being an effective team member begins and ends with communication. It is important to communicate openly and honestly about the recommendations of the ideas and concerns with other team members to be. It is equally important to listen carefully and quite helpful to be able to respond with feedback. That’s why the team work  was held in the school and work environment, because with team work our study or our work will become effective. There are other reasons, such as students need to do team work together, and it better idea than thinking one person. Team work is better than individual work. With groups, we can ask for help when we find difficulties experience in the process and sources of information. Almost every member of the group feels the benefits when it has created a sense of unity between the members.
As a team, we must have some characteristics such as; each team member must understand and agree on the mission team to work effectively. A team must have a regulation or order, so as to form the framework of efforts in achieving the mission and all members must obey that rules. Team can work well if the responsibility and authority properly distributed and each member is treated fairly, it is necessary to the division of tasks. Should be able to adapt to change, change is not only inevitable but also desirable; it's just the generality of people often refuse some changes. Therefore each team member should be able to help each other in adapting to the changes positively.
In team work, there are also several obstacles that will be experienced
personality of each member, the member does not sincerely to plunge themselves in the team because it still try repeatedly or not agree in the team's existence. Team members who do not know each other and even less unharmonious will also launch a trigger lack of group work.
Someday when we were in new environment we will find some attitudes and we often found in the process of team work between them distrust themselves and dominating attitude.  In team work we need to confidence and self-confidence.  We found the confidence to convey the opinion of a classic problem that is always found in some of the students in discussion. Then there is also usually has a dominating attitude. Attitudes are also strongly inhibiting the discussion. That attitude can inflict someone. So, in school we have started to be find team work so that future students will grow up to be students who are already skilled in the social world, especially when it's working. In the world of work we will be faced with various social problems and the difficulties in interacting with the environment and the different characters. We need to prepare mentally to be able to adapt to new environments or environments that do not suit us, both the school environment, society and the world of work.
            Team work is very important to apply the learning in the classroom. Because learning with method of team work can form the personality and mental of the students. Students can increase communication with the other students. Learning with the team work method in class can simulate and enhance students creativity and skill in communicating. In work environment the most important skills to do work is the ability to communicate effectively.  In team work there are also several obstacles that will be experienced personality of each member. So that, from the problems students can form his personality to interact and discuss with the other people. So, team work can help the students to prepare their mental for the future, especially in the work environment and in the face of future competition in the work environment.

About Love in My Mind

cinta itu tak muluk kok
cuma satu kalimat, "cinta itu ikhlas dan suci"
untuk yang lain, berarti cinta itu sudah tercemar dr berbagai aspek yg memang kesengajaan manusianya sendiri yg mencemari maupun mengolah cinta
itulah mengapa kita harus mengagungkan cinta
sekali dan sedikit saja teledor, akan membuahkan dampak yang luar biasa
apapun itu dampaknya baik nampak maupun abstrak (our heart)

cinta itu tak pernah berpikir sepihak
cinta itu seimbang
mulai dari hal yang indah sampai hal terburuk akan dirasa seimbang oleh keduanya
saling mencintai, saling menyayangi, saling mengasihi, saling mengayomi, saling tersakiti dan saling sebagainya
tergantung dari sisi mana kita meihat, berpikir dan bertindak
karena sesungguhnya tak ada yang salah pada "cinta"
kalau hal terburuk menimpa jangan sekali-kali menyalahkan cinta
karena cinta tak pernah salah
cinta hadir dalam keadaan suci tanpa dosa
tergantung manusianya dalam menafsirkan, mengelola dan memperlakukannya

cinta juga tak bisa disandingkan dengan materi, namun bisa saling bersanding
jadi janganlah sekali-kali berpikir bahwa cinta butuh materi
salah besar
justru adanya cinta lah materi akan terkontrol dan menyesuaikan
cinta tak perlu menunggu hadirnya materi
karena keduanya adalah dua hal yang berbeda namun seringkali hidup berdampingan
adanya cinta materi akan berjalan dan mengalir sesuai dengan alurnya

dan cinta bisa merubah segalanya
hitam menjadi putih, dan sebaliknya
tawa menjadi tangis, dan sebaliknya
indah menjadi buruk, dan sebaliknya
baik menjadi jahat, dan sebaliknya
tidak mungkin menjadi mungkin dan sebaliknya

Sungguh agung cinta
dan teramat agung cintamu ya Robbi
Cinta yang Engkau anugerahkan dapat menjadi sinergi terdahsyat dimuka bumi

Bagaimanakah Cinta yang Abadi Itu?

Ada kalanya hidup ini serasa bahagia bagi makhluk selemah manusia. Tapi, perlu di ingat justru setelah kita bahagia itu selanjutnya kita akan sedih atau sebaliknya. Tapi jika tidak demikian mana bisa di katakan hidup?

Ada sepasang kekasih mengatakan "cinta kita akan kekal abadi, kita akan hidup bahagia selamanya hingga akhir hayat."

Seribu satu yang bisa sehebat itu, dan ingin sekali aku menjadi angka satu itu. Tapi, itu juga akan mustahil tercapai jika pasangan kita tidak bisa bertekad demikian. Jadi, hanya cinta-Mu-lah ya allah yang bisa kekal abadi. Pemuka agama bilang, sesungguhnya cinta yang abadi itu adalah di saat kita mencintai seseorang yang selalu meningkatkan cinta kita pada Allah.
Ya Allah... ijinkanlah hamba agar selalu ada di jalan-Mu. Jalan yang Engkau Ridhoi, yang mana telah Kau siapkan untuk hamba-hamba-Mu yang telah berikhtiar dan bertawakal.
